After 3 days of troubleshooting to activate Browser tools (Win 11) this is what worked

Run the Browser Tools Server first.
Each time you want to use Cursor and use the Browser Tools MCP, you need to run this command first.

Remember to replace your Windows user name!
C:\Users<replace_username_here>\AppData\Roaming\npm\npx.cmd

Open Cursor and edit your mcp.jason file like this
