我对这个规则存在疑问，因为并没有明确的证据能表明此库与libDEEP之间的关联，而且在libDEEP中也没有与Net，V2相关的命名，尽管二者都跟深度学习有关，似乎走的也并不是同一条路子，所以建议暂时剔除该规则，后续要是能实证再加回来
