[solid-query] Queries with isInvalidated: true won't get refetched on mount

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "Go to other page" (when you initialy start it might fail with a hydration error. just press ctrl+shift+r to hard reload)
2. Open Network tab in dev tools
3. Click on "Invalidate query"
4. Click on "Go back"
5. You can observe that no request is made

Expected behavior

Queries should be refetched when they have been invalided in unmounted state as they get mounted again.
