Additionally, there is still 4 PiB of capacity in my previous channel that hasn’t been signed yet. Will this impact the dc allocated to my address? What steps should I take next to record the json file to this new account?
I still have control of the ledger. I don't have to change the singer address, just modify the GitHub account.

Sorry to hear about the previous account. Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Given the new SLACK and GITHUB changes, will need to verify authorization to make changes via the TOKEN code. In the DM we have running on SLACK - will you please send the token code that was provided in your Allocator Acceptance email. Please do not post the TOKEN code in this issuee

The correct front end to use is www.allocator.tech . Not sure where are you getting the other link from?
I can see Media Platform Data there with a few existing clients.
