Ollama models can no longer be created as per documentation

As of today, I have tested this documentation to create a Ollama model:

However, due to huggingface migrating from LFS to XET (I think this is the reason), the ollama pull command no longer works:
ollama/ollama#10195

The documentation must be updated to tell users it no longer works (and please like/comment on the ollama issue so the developers can prioritize the solution)
