Would you be able to try with the 7.4 pre-release, to check if it fixes the issue?

pip install --pre notebook

No, this did not work. This problem was not solved even when I upgraded to 7.4.0b0.

Hi @bariscanceken. Thank you for creating this issue. Could you please share an example notebook with which you can see this issue in 7.4.0b0? This would help reproduction.

Could you please also call jupyter troubleshoot in the terminal and post the output here?

Hi @andrii-i .

When I run Jupyter troubleshoot I get this output :
jupyter troubleshoot.txt

and here is an example of my jupyter notebook file:
example-notebook.zip

This is basically jupyterlab/jupyterlab#16326. See comments in there on why it is hard to fix. There are two draft PRs tackling some of it, but nothing decisive. Switching windowing mode to defer or to Firefox should help.
