Setting default sort order of children

We've got some pages in our Umbraco solution that has a lot of child pages. The issue is that when our editors create new pages, they end up at the bottom, which is a cause of annoyance for them, since they then after creating them, have to click "Sort children", scroll down, and click "Load more" several times to get all elements shown and then click on "Created" to change the sort order, which also takes some time, since there are a lot of pages in the list. And they have to do this every time they create a new page, which is quite time consuming. It would be very nice if you could set the default behavior so that new pages automatically end up at the top of the list of items.
